LRH Quality Staff Member Earns CPPS Certification

Littleton, NH - Littleton Regional Healthcare is pleased to announce that Quality Services' Manager of Quality Improvement, Data & Reporting, Joanne McCourt, has recently earned the credential of Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) from the Certification Board for Professionals in Patient Safety, National Patient Safety Foundation after successfully demonstrating the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the CPPS international certification exam. This certification validates Joanne's expertise and recognizes her commitment to both personal and professional development.
The Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) credential distinguishes health care professionals who meet the competency requirements in the areas of patient safety science and human factors engineering, and who demonstrate the ability to apply this knowledge to effectively plan and implement patient safety initiatives. There only 6 other people in the state of NH, and 606 people worldwide, with this certification.
