Annual Poster Contest Kick-Off to National Nurses Week at LRH

Littleton, NH - Part of the National Nurses Week - May 6th - 12th, celebration at Littleton Regional Healthcare includes a "Nursing" poster contest that students grades K - 6 from Whitefield Elementary, Bath Village, Lakeway Elementary, Lafayette Elementary, and Lisbon Regional schools have participated in.
The hallways at Littleton Regional Healthcare are full of creative posters made by 174 students who participated. Visitors, patients and the staff at LRH will enjoy these in the coming weeks.
Winners of the contest will be announced at a Nurses Week Poster Contest Winner's Ceremony on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at Littleton Regional Healthcare, so watch for the results of this very special poster contest. Four students per grade will be chosen.
Nurse managers at LRH Carlene Whitcomb, RN, MBA; Koren Superchi, RNC-OB, MSN; and Kimberly Force, RNC-MNN, MSS agree that, "This contest is very important to the nursing staff at LRH as it encourages young students in the area to think about nursing as a career choice when they grow up. We would like to thank the schools who participated recognizing the significance of National Nurses Week."
