LRH Appoints Assistant Nurse Manager for Nursing Services

Littleton, NH - Littleton Regional Hospital is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Courser, RN, BSN to the position of Assistant Nurse Manager for Nursing Services assisting with outpatient services including the emergency department and same day surgery. Courser came to LRH in 2012 and he had been working in the role of Clinical Resource RN and per diem clinical supervisor working with patients and their families throughout the organization in the medical/surgical unit, intensive care unit, same day surgery and emergency departments. Prior to joining the nursing staff at LRH, Courser worked as a Clinical RN at Akron General Medical Center, Akron, OH, a certified stroke center, and as a Clinical Resource RN at Sunbelt Staffing Travel Nursing out of Rochester, NY.
Courser attended Cedarville University, Cedarville, OH where he received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He is currently attending Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH where he will receive his Masters in Healthcare Business Administration.
Carlene Whitcomb, RNC, BSN, MBA and Clinical Director of Outpatient Services for Nursing states, "LRH is fortunate to have someone like Andrew as part of the nursing clinical staff. Andrew came to LRH with a focus on obtaining a nursing leadership role. His new position will allow Andrew to continue his studies, and work in a nursing/clinical leadership role.
