May 10, 2018
Sandy and Dr. Richard Monroe enjoy an afternoon making ice cream sundaes in recognition of National Hospital Week
Littleton, NH - The LRH Auxiliary were present at the Littleton Regional Healthcare National Hospital Week barbecue offered to staff and visitors at LRH. Each year the LRH Auxiliary provides delicious ice cream sundae treats for everyone who stops by for lunch.
Sandy Monroe, a member of the LRH Auxiliary started this fun-filled tradition 20 years ago at the hospital campus on Cottage Street, and the staff and Auxiliary have been involved in this special treat ever since then. In addition to making ice cream sundaes during the day, the Monroe's and Cindy and George Mitchell serve sundaes to the evening staff so that everyone at LRH can enjoy this special recognition. LRH staff and Auxiliary members Carlene Whitcomb, Kris vanBergen Buteau and Wendy Mason joined in to lend a helping hand.
