Meet The Rehabilitation Team
John Scott, BSc.PT Director of Rehabilitation
A graduate of the University of Toronto ('93), John began his career at the Toronto East General and Orthopaedic Hospital, a 515 bed community teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. He relocated to Littleton in 1995 after accepting a position in physical therapy with Littleton Regional Hospital. Having worked primarily in outpatient therapy, he became the director in 2006 and transitioned to in-patient and post surgical rehabilitation
Hilary Bradshaw, Occupational Therapist
Hilary graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT in 2003 with a Bachelor's of Science. She has been working at LRH from 2003 - present. She is a member of the Ergonomics Team at LRH. She is the Clinical Coordinator for OT students. Her special interests include: Orthopedics, Ergonomics, Work Conditioning/Functional Capacity Evaluations and Pediatrics.
Cathy Colby, Physical Therapist
Cathy graduated from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT in 1996 with a Bachelor's of Science. She worked at Cottage Hospital from 1996 to 1998, where she helped established the Cardiac Rehab program. Since 1998, she has worked for LRH. She is the Clinical Coordinator for PT students, as well as a certified clinical instructor. Her special interests include: Orthopedics and Sports medicine, Neuro Rehab, Vestibular Rehab, and Work Conditioning/ Functional Capacity Evaluation, and Ergonomics.
Michelle Decker, Physical Therapist
Michelle graduated with a Bachelor's in Clinical Science and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, in Ithaca, NY in 2000. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, private practice, early intervention, and schools. She has worked for LRH since the summer of 2005. Special interests are orthopedics, manual therapy, pediatrics, and women/men's health. She developed a pelvic floor rehab program at LRH. She is a certified clinical instructor.
Lauren Morse, Occupational Therapist
Lauren graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1997 with a Bachelor's of Science. She has worked at Cottage Hospital since 1998 and also previously worked at Copley Hospital. She joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare team in July of 2013. Her special interests include hand therapy, mental health / wellness, and brain injury rehab.
Melissa Ollerman, MPT, Physical Therapist
Melissa has been with Littleton Orthopaedics since 2006 and with LRH since 2009. Her special interests include orthopedics, Trigger Point Dry Needling Therapy, the McKenzie Method Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, and aquatic therapy
Mary Mason, Administrative Coordinator, Rehab Services
Mary has been with Littleton Orthopaedics since 2005 and with LRH since 2009. She performs multifaceted general office support and specializes in insurance.
Darlene Cloutier, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Darlene graduated from the New Hampshire Community Technical College in 2001, with an Associate's Degree in Science. Darlene has been a per-diem employee at LRH since 2005. As well, she has been a full-time employee at North Country Education Foundation in the field of pediatrics since 2001. She enjoys the diversity in the OT domains.
Eric Santos DPT, CSCS
Eric graduated from University of New England in 2009 with his bachelors in science and in 2012 with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He moved to the north country and joined the LRH team in 2017 He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. His special interests include: orthopedics, vestibular rehab, and manual therapy.
Jim Berube, Physical Therapist
Jim Graduated from The University of New England in Biddeford, Maine in 2002 with a Masters of Physical Therapy and Bachelors degree in Athletic Training. He attended a year long residency for Manual Therapy at the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy in Woburn Mass. Jim has experience working in many settings including Home Care and Nursing homes with significant Geriatric populations. He has experience in several outpatient Physical Therapy settings including Private Practice, College Health System and Hospital based clinics based from New England to the Mid South and Mid West. Jim’s primary interests are in Sports Medicine and Orthopedics as well as in balance training.
Sallie Macleod OTR/L. CHT
Sallie graduated from the University of New England in 2000. She attended Drexel University from 2000-2003 to earn a Certificate in Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation and earned her certification in hand therapy in 2005. Her interest include hand and shoulder rehab, post-concussion oculomotor rehab and mirror image therapy.
Colleen Strout, Rehabilitation Technician
Colleen has Joined LRH in January 2017 and the Rehabilitation department in September 2018. She works as a Rehabilitation Technician helping with general set up of the department and performs all office support duties of scheduling and insurance.
