Littleton Regional Healthcare Clinical Staff Receive Scholarship Awards

Littleton, NH, - Littleton Regional Healthcare is pleased to announce the winners of this year's Nursing Administration and Dorothy M. Boisvert Nursing Scholarship Awards, presented to deserving clinical staff who are furthering their professional growth through continuing education.
Corinna Holden, RN, CMSRN, enrolled in Chamberlain College of Nursing's RN-BSN program. Corinna has been a dedicated nurse at LRH for almost five years and is a valued member of our Intensive Care Unit. Corinna received one of the Dorothy M. Boisvert scholarship awards, provided by the family in her memory.
Christina Morancie, BSN, RN, CNOR of the LRH Surgical Services Department, for pursuing her credentials in Nursing Management and Organizational Leadership through American Sentinel University. Chris has been with Littleton Regional Healthcare for almost nine years and is currently the Operating Room's Clinical Supervisor. Chris received an LRH Nursing Administration Scholarship Award towards her continued education.
Heather Newfield, RN, CEN, enrolled in Chamberlain College to obtain her BSN, with sights on continuing towards her Master of Science in Nursing Education. Heather is a respected member of the Post Anesthesia Care Unit and Same Day Surgery Team at LRH, and lends her skills to our Emergency Departments and ICU, when called upon. Heather received one of the Dorothy M. Boisvert scholarship awards, provided by the family in her memory.
Amanda Boyd, RN, who is participating in Southern New Hampshire University's BSN program. Although Amanda has been with LRH for less than a year, it is evident that her passion for nursing will take her far in the pursuit of her BSN, and beyond. Littleton Regional Healthcare's Nursing Administration is pleased to provide Amanda with one of this year's Scholarship Awards.
Jamie Torres, RMA, part of Littleton Regional Healthcare's Physician Practice family received an LRH Nursing Administration Scholarship Award to assist with furthering her goal to become a Registered Nurse. Jamie is enrolled in White Mountains Community College and will begin her Nursing program this fall.
"Applications for these scholarship funds were received from nursing and clinical staff who are continuing their education. All of this year's applicants were deserving of receiving a scholarship award. Each of this year's recipients has shown their desire for professional advancement as well as their steadfast support for the patients in their care, and for their co-workers.
