Alzheimer's Association to Offer Free Virtual Healthy Living. Program
June 3, 2020May 19, 2020 - The Alzheimer's Association MA/NH Chapter will host a virtual program on healthy aging practices on
Tuesday, June 16 beginning at 10 a.m. The educational program will feature information on how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. The program is free and will be presented via live stream.
Healthy Living for your Brain and Body: Tips from the Latest Research will address research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement to promote a brain-healthy lifestyle. The program will provide hands-on tools to help incorporate recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
