Board of Trustees

The Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees is a volunteer Board that governs the Hospital and provides strategic direction. Among its responsibilities, the quality of care in a safe environment is paramount. The Board includes representatives from the North Country community who are business and community leaders in our area and work collaboratively with Administration and Medical Staff to ensure that we provide quality, compassionate and accessible healthcare in a manner that brings value to all.

Jeff Woodward, Chair

Mr. Woodward joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2014. He serves as the Chairman of the Board. He was the Managing Partner of the Whale's Tale Water Park and Alpine Adventures in Lincoln. Mr. Woodward holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality from Paul Smith's College. He served as the Board Chair of the White Mountain Attractions Association for two years and now is an ex-officio member. He is an active volunteer with the Town of Franconia, and serves on both the Board of Directors for the Adaptive Ski Sports Partners of the North Country and the Boys and Girls Club of the North Country.

Ashley Garrison, Vice Chair

Mrs. Garrison joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2018. Currently she serves as Vice Chair of the Board and the Chairs both the LRH Fundraising Committee and Compliance Committee. She also serves as Secretary for the Franconia Children's Center, Inc. Prior to 2012, she was an Associate Attorney for Samaha, Russell, Hodgdon PA. Mrs. Garrison received her Juris Doctor from the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law in Concord, NH and a Bachelor of Arts in English from St. Mary's College in St. Mary's City, MD.

Frederick Chisolm, Treasurer

Mr. Chisolm joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2018 and serves as Treasurer of the Board. After a career in Engineering and Manufacturing Management, Fred was ordained in 2023 and currently serves as the Priest In Charge at St John’s Episcopal Church in Walpole NH. He also works as a Career Transition Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global talent solutions company. Mr. Chisolm received his MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, Chicago, IL where he was also Class President. He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Control Systems from Yale University, New Haven, CT.

Thomas Tremblay, Secretary

Mr. Tremblay joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2019 and serves as Secretary of the Board. He is currently the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker Linwood Real Estate in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Mr. Tremblay owned and operated this firm from 1985 to 2019. Prior, Mr. Tremblay worked as Property Manager at Loon Mountain. He also worked for 11 years for Chicago Bridge and Iron Company (CBI), a multi-national construction company specializing in field erected steel plate structures. During his time with CBI, Mr. Tremblay worked in engineering, fabrication, construction and as a Contracting Engineer (sales). Born in Old Town, Maine, Mr. Tremblay has been in New Hampshire since the 1950's. After graduating from Keene High School, he attended Wentworth Institute in Boston where he graduated with an Associate's Degree in Building Construction. Mr. Tremblay then attended the University of Maine-Orono and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering

Robert Nutter, President and CEO

Mr. Nutter joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2017. He currently serves as the President & CEO at LRH. He previously served as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Mercy Health Systems of Maine in Portland. Prior to working in healthcare administration, Mr. Nutter served as an executive with Marriott and with a subsidiary of Nike, Inc. He received his BS in Business Administration and Management at University of Southern Maine in Portland, ME, attended New Hampshire College Graduate School of Business in Manchester, NH and also received his CHE Executive Health Leadership certification from Seton Hall, South Orange, NJ.

Patrick Fitzpatrick, DO

Dr. Fitzpatrick joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2017 as Medical Staff President. In 2018, he was elected to the Board as a member. He joined the LRH medical staff in 2010 and is Chief of Surgery. Currently an Otolaryngologist practicing with North Country Otolaryngology, a hospital owned practice, on the LRH Campus. He is also a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Fitzpatrick received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology from University of Wisconsin in Green Bay, WI, his Medical Degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA, and he completed his clinical internship and residency at St. John Hospital Macomb Center in Detroit, MI.

Stephen Goldberg, MD

Dr. Goldberg joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2016 as Medical Staff President and was elected to the Board in 2017. He is currently the Director of Hospitalists Services at LRH. Dr. Goldberg is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Sackler School of Medicine in Ramat Aviv, Israel, his Medical Degree from Fordham University in New York, NY, and he completed his clinical residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY.

Audrey Goudie

Ms. Goudie joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in January 2023. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Southern Maine. She will complete her Master’s in Public Administration degree from the University of New Hampshire in July 2023. Ms. Goudie is the Director of Philanthropy at Mid-State Health Center in Plymouth, NH, and previously served as Executive Director for the State of New Hampshire’s 1115 Medicaid Waiver (IDN 5) - a 5-year pilot program focused on integrating behavioral health care within primary care as an approach combatting the rising opioid crisis. In addition, Ms. Goudie has served in marketing and communication leadership roles for nearly three decades. She once served as Littleton Regional Hospital’s Director of Communications in the mid-to-late ’90s before she and her family moved to the Lakes Region. She is the founder and President of the Newfound Area Charitable Fund, a non-profit that hosts an annual road race and has distributed over $100k in proceeds back to non-profits in need. A native of Lisbon, NH, Ms. Goudie genuinely loves the North Country and the White Mountains and is eager to move “back home” in the fall of 2023.

Richard Jesseman

Mr. Jesseman joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees as a Trustee in December of 2018. He has worked his entire career at New England Wire Technologies Corp. in Lisbon, NH and has served in various capacities including Special Projects Manager, Quality Manager, Director of IT, Quality & Medical Products and Vice President. Since 2015, he is the Executive Vice President focusing on the Strategic Planning, Quality, IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing functional areas of the company. As a long-time community member, Mr. Jesseman has extensive community involvement in the Lisbon Lions Youth Sports Coach as well Trustee of the Trust Fund for the Town of Lisbon and Member/President of the Lisbon Lions Club. Mr. Jesseman received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire - Whittemore School of Business and Economics.

Jennifer Lucas, MD, President of Medical Staff

Dr. Lucas joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in January 2023 in her capacity as President of the Medical Staff. She is a Board-Certified urologist who has been practicing at Littleton Urology Associates since 2015. She grew up in Texas, but is delighted to call the North Country home. She also serves on the Bethlehem Elementary School Board and is an active member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Littleton. Dr. Lucas received her undergraduate degree in French at Wellesley College. While pursuing a doctoral degree in French Literature at the University of Pennsylvania, she changed her focus to medicine after volunteering as a Spanish-English medical interpreter. She graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, and completed her urology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, TX.

Robert MacLeod

Mr. Macleod joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in January 2022. He is the CEO of Mid-State Health Center, a multi-discipline medical practice. He has extensive health care experience in acute care hospital administration and behavioral health services including his work as a CEO of a large inpatient psychiatric hospital, director of medical and behavioral health services for the State of New Hampshire, a COO for a community hospital, and a consultant for health care and pharmaceutical organizations. Mr. MacLeod is a past Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a past member of the New Hampshire Regents Advisory Committee. Mr. MacLeod was awarded his Master of Business Administration from Plymouth State University and a Doctorate of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Richard McKenzie, DO

Dr. McKenzie joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in January 2021 in his capacity as President of the Medical Staff. He was elected to a Trustee position in 2022. He joined the LRH medical staff in 2014 and is currently a physician in North Country Primary Care. His clinical focus are in primary care, family medicine, and pediatrics. He also serves as the Medical Director for LRH's Rural Health Clinic. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine. Dr. McKenzie received his Medical Degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology and graduate degree in Engineering from Dartmouth and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Prior to his medical education and career, Dr. McKenzie worked as an Engineer for Westinghouse and Eaton for 21 years.

Laurie Morgan, Auxiliary Representative

Ms. Morgan joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2015 as the Representative from the Littleton Regional Healthcare Auxiliary. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education from William Paterson University. Ms. Morgan is an active volunteer with Littleton Regional Healthcare and has been a member of the LRH Auxiliary since 2006. In addition, she has significant volunteer experience with both St. Rose of Lima in Littleton, NH, and St. Mary's Church and School in Pompton Lakes, NJ.

Stephen Noyes

Mr. Noyes joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in March 2021. He is the Director of Behavioral Health Ammonoosuc Community Health Services and has over 30 years of experience in the human services field. Mr. Noyes received his undergraduate degrees in Human Services /Alcoholism Counseling, a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a master's degree from the University of New England in Social Work. Besides his clinical training, Stephen is also an Ordained Roman Catholic Deacon and host of the Black Beans and Rice show at North Country Community Radio in Littleton.

Charyl Reardon

Mrs. Reardon joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in March of 2021. She has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Plymouth State University. Mrs. Reardon is the President of the largest New Hampshire based Destination Marketing Organization, White Mountains Attractions Association in North Woodstock and as a native of the North Country, she has a strong connection and love for her community. She is currently the Chairman of the Town of Woodstock Select board, President of the Lincoln-Woodstock Friends of Recreation, and Treasurer of the Lincoln Woodstock Alumni Association.

Paul Smith

Chief Smith joined the Littleton Regional Healthcare Board of Trustees in 2018. He currently serves as the Chief of Police for the Town of Littleton. He has held this position since 2007 and started with the Department in 1992. Previously, he served in the United States Army where he attended Central Texas College and received a degree in Criminal Justice. Chief Smith is a member of the National Association of Drug Court Professionals, a Board Member of on the Advocates for Grafton County Mental Health, a member for the 2nd Circuit Court, Littleton Division, Mental Health Court A.S.S.E.R.T Team, and a team member for the Grafton County Superior Drug Court. He has received numerous awards and has participated in various trainings to help serve our community.
