Our board-certified general surgeons at LRH specialize in the diagnosis and preoperative, operative, and postoperative surgical treatment for diseases and conditions of the abdomen, digestive system, skin, and soft tissue. Besides elective surgeries, general surgeons are available around-the-clock for the management of surgical emergencies and trauma. We strive to ensure expedient access to high-quality surgical care in our local communities.
We incorporate an interdisciplinary approach to the management of surgical diseases through partnerships in collaboration with our referring providers, other surgeons, and other specialties including gastroenterology, intensive care, oncology, and pathology both here at LRH and major regional hospitals like Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
