A primary care provider (PCP) manages routine care along with undiagnosed health concerns and the continued care of varied medical conditions. NCPC services include, but are not limited to:

- Management of acute and chronic conditions
- Complete physical exams
- Family planning and women’s health
- Behavioral and mental health support
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute infections
- Treatment and management of injuries
- Diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases
- Referrals to specialty medical services

North Country Primary Care -RHC Providers
As an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, no one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. A discounted/sliding fee schedule is available based on family size and income.
