Alexander Orfanos, MD

Biography:

Dr. Alexander Orfanos is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in treating hip and knee arthritis and performing joint replacement procedures. He attended medical school at Dartmouth and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency and trauma fellowship at Brown University. He then completed the joint replacement fellowship program at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Through his dual fellowship training, he is able to provide comprehensive care for patients with degenerative joint conditions and traumatic injuries that are best treated with joint replacement. He is also experienced in evaluating and treating painful or failed total joint replacements and performing secondary or revision procedures when needed.
