Please join us in celebrating our most recent DAISY Award Honoree – Tricia Fagnant, RN! 
Tricia was nominated for the Award by a patient she cared for in our Medical-Surgical Unit. The patient, Curtis, was with us for back surgery in early September. During his inpatient recovery, Curtis experienced some unexpected post-operative complications that resulted in an extended stay.
Curtis recognized Tricia for the care she provided. He noted how compassionate, understanding, humble, and professional Tricia was during what he called his time of crisis.
Earlier this week, Curtis was able to attend in person to congratulate Tricia and present her with this much-deserved recognition. Thank you, Tricia, for your kindheartedness, patience, and the patient-centered care you provide! You’re an asset to the team!
