Join us in recognizing our most recent recipient of The DAISY Award – Faith Santo, RN! 
Faith was nominated by a patient she cared for this past summer, shortly after joining us here at LRH. This patient had a procedure that required a single-night stay and was very impressed by the compassionate, attentive bedside care Faith provided.
In the nomination, the patient noted how Faith was very open about just beginning her nursing career, but emphasized the fact that she felt completely at ease in Faith’s capable hands. She felt confident about Faith’s decisions and very comfortable in her care, complimenting Faith’s outstanding bedside manner and even mentioning how they shared a few laughs together.
Faith went above and beyond for this particular patient, as we are certain she does for most of her patients when she can. Faith was thoughtful, empathetic, personal, cheerful, and more, making a lasting impression on this patient during her recovery, inpatient stay, and discharge.
Congratulations, Faith, on this much-deserved recognition. We couldn’t agree with the patient nomination more – you chose the right profession!
