(Lincoln, NH) – Littleton Regional Healthcare (LRH) and ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care (CCMD) continue to make great strides on their joint venture urgent care center located in Lincoln, NH. Since closing on the property in early August, Littleton Regional Healthcare and their partner for the urgent care center, ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care, have made significant advances on the project in recent weeks. Littleton Regional Healthcare announced earlier this year that they were expanding their existing relationship with ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care, a physician-founded and physician-led urgent care company, for phase one of their strategic plan to better serve the Lincoln, Woodstock, and surrounding communities.

Since early September, developments on the Lincoln property continue to happen rapidly. Permits were issued by the town of Lincoln, immediately followed by the clearing of trees and the beginning of site work. Progress in the last month includes pouring of the foundation, sanitary waste and water lines installed, and preliminary electrical service work. Structural work is expected to begin as early as the week of October 18.
LRH and CCMD are both optimistic about the project’s progress. With the site’s location in New Hampshire’s White Mountains, it was imperative that certain components of the project kept to a strict deadline to ensure their completion before late-autumn temperatures set in and the weather changes to winter conditions.
An informal groundbreaking ceremony was held on Tuesday, October 12 with President and Chief Executive Officer of Littleton Regional Healthcare, Robert Nutter; Littleton Regional Healthcare’s Board of Trustees Chair, Jeff Woodward; President and Chief Medical Officer of ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care, Marcus Hampers, MD; and Executive Director of the Western White Mountains Chamber of Commerce, Kim Pickering.
The anticipated opening date of the urgent care center in Lincoln remains early March of 2022 with future developments on the property beginning as early as summer of 2022.
