It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Kim Force, RNC-MNN, MSN, CPPS to the position of Senior Director of Nursing Services at Littleton Regional
In her expanded role, Kim will be responsible for the operational management of the nursing departments and work closely with our Chief Nursing Officer on long-term strategic planning within the nursing division.
Kim joined LRH in 2004 as a Registered Nurse in the Obstetrics Unit. Her natural leadership ability quickly became evident. Over the years, Kim has had great success in various roles of increasing responsibility from Assistant Nurse Manager of Inpatient Services to her most recent position of Clinical Director of Inpatient Services. Kim has showcased her passion for nursing through her tremendous contributions to recruitment and retention efforts. One of her many strengths is her ability to build relationships with staff while keeping the patient at the center of any decision. She is constantly exploring opportunities to support nursing as well as other departments throughout the organization.
