The BEE Award for Exceptional Caregivers was established in April of 2023 to complement our DAISY Award. Standing for Being Extraordinary Every day, any care team member can be nominated for and receive The BEE Award. Both the DAISY and BEE Awards are presented quarterly and nominations are accepted from patients, community members, and LRH personnel.
In the nomination, a patient’s family shared how Brooke has been a constant source of guidance and support since their mother’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis. From answering every question with patience and reassurance to navigating complex insurance issues and treatment logistics, Brooke has gone above and beyond to ensure that her patient receives the very best care possible.
Her kindness, professionalism, and unwavering commitment have made an immeasurable difference for this family, who describe Brooke as their “center,” being the steady source of knowledge and stability throughout their mother’s care journey.
