Nominated by a patient of North Country Women’s Health, Brittany was commended for her compassion, attentiveness, and genuine kindness. In the nomination, the patient (a nurse herself) explained how Brittany made her feel safe, supported, and truly cared for from the very first encounter.
During what the patient described as an emotional and vulnerable time following finding out she was pregnant, Brittany was a steady source of reassurance and support. Her attention to detail, advocacy, and commitment to patient safety made a difference in this patient’s care and peace of mind. The patient praised Brittany’s clear communication, attentive listening, and advocacy for women’s health, noting that her empathy and professionalism are evident in everything she does.
