Dear Patients of North Country Primary Care – RHC

Home » News

Thank you for choosing Littleton Regional Healthcare’s North Country Primary Care – RHC as your care provider. We are honored to be part of your healthcare team.

The last couple of months have been challenging for healthcare providers across the country. The ongoing impacts of the staffing shortages experienced in all industries have led to several disruptions in provider, clinical, and support staffing that, of course, have impacted you, our patient. We understand the frustration you are experiencing with rescheduled appointments, appointment availability, the lack of consistency in accessing your primary care provider, refill requests being processed timely, and the very basics of answering the phones. We are actively working to make immediate and ongoing corrections to better serve you.

Our entire staff is devoted to your health and well-being. To address the ongoing concerns, our entire team is focused on making the necessary improvements to positively impact your relationship with our organization. Dr. Richard McKenzie, Dr. Kylee Finn, and Meg Amadon, APRN continue to provide care in our family medicine clinic. Additionally, we have added a visiting physician, Dr. Alexander Brazalovich, and welcomed a full-time addition, Sarah Maroon, APRN, to improve our ability to provide you the accessible, high-quality care that you have come to expect from us. In our pediatric office, Dr. Sunit Patel, Dr. Sarah Reynolds, and Kate Noel, APRN remain available to care for our youngest patient population here at Littleton Regional Healthcare.

We are shifting resources to ensure that our support staff is available to schedule your appointments in a timely manner and we are making changes to our phone structure to allow you to more easily communicate with us in the clinic for refill requests, questions about your care, and to speak with our highly trained nursing and clinical staff.

Your patience and understanding is appreciated. Your health is important to us and we are committed to serving your primary care needs. We will continue to work on our improvements and will be sharing those changes as they are implemented. If you have ongoing concerns or questions related to your care, please contact our Quality Services Department by calling (603) 444-9597.
