In the nomination for Amber written by her colleague, Kelli, Amber was described as someone who embodies warmth, kindness, and humor. In her role as a Licensed Nursing Assistant and Health Unit Coordinator of our Medical/Surgical Unit, Amber brings a sense of humanity that goes far beyond her clinical responsibilities. Kelli explained how Amber always seeks ways to make her patients’ and coworkers’ lives easier. Her kindness is seen in the little things – taking the time to listen, offering a smile, or simply being there for support. She doesn’t just do her job. She goes the extra mile to make others feel cared for and valued, fostering genuine connections with those around her.One of Amber’s hallmark attributes is her sense of humor. That, combined with her contagious laugh, makes Amber a joy to be around. Congrats to Amber on this well-deserved recognition.
