Led by our Diabetes Educator, Emily DuPont, BSN, RN, Littleton Regional Healthcare’s Diabetes Self-Management Education Program is accredited by the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. This peer-to-peer support group for individuals with diabetes is FREE to attend!
